Jim Aldrich graduated from University of California, Los Angeles in 1989. He has been in the real estate industry since 1990.
From 1991 through 2000, Mr. Aldrich worked as a leasing agent, acquisitions manager, construction manager, and portfolio manager of over two million square feet of industrial and office properties for Pacifica Capital Group. He was then regional manager of the Los Angeles market for First Industrial for one year after First Industrial purchased Pacifica’s industrial portfolio. From 2002 to the present, Mr. Aldrich purchased industrial, retail (primarily national credit NNN properties in markets outside of California) office and apartment projects under Ascent Affiliates, Inc. A company he owned and funded.
Mr. Aldrich also created a loan fund beginning in 2004 that secured Trust Deeds on office, industrial, automotive, single family and multifamily properties that generated approximately a 9-10% annualized return for the investors of the Fund since its inception. Throughout his career he has represented a select group of clients in purchasing properties and understands the process, from start to finish, of securing real estate as an investment vehicle. During his career Jim has owned, operated, managed, developed, leased and placed loans on more than 200 commercial properties. Jim lives in Malibu, has been married to his wife since 1995 and has three daughters.

Ron has over 35 years of development/entitlement experience, having received governmental approval and development of over 1,200 residential lots, 500,000 square feet of office space, and 1 million square feet of commercial retail space.
Ron has formed two major development companies that provide the basis for
his many real estate development projects. Salmon Point Development, LLC. a Nevada Limited Liability Company has been actively involved in both residential and commercial development since 1993. Several of the projects developed in the Reno/Sparks and Boise Metropolitan Areas have been mixed use developments encompassing a shared development concept of commercial
and residential on the same development property.
In addition to brokerage and development Ron has been active as a real estate consultant to several major real estate developers. Ron has served on several local governing agency commissions providing information and advice based on his real estate knowledge and qualifications.

Eric Govan, a commercial real estate executive who will head up Commercial Leasing & Sales for the Brokerage Company. Mr. Govan comes from Cushman & Wakefield having specialized in retail, flex and other industrial properties. He will expand his skills to include Office, Apartments, Land with the Sky West team.
We are excited to have Eric Govan as a great asset to the company with our growing efforts in Northern Nevada. Eric is full time in commercial real estate, licensed in Nevada since 2017, giving him a thorough knowledge of the real estate market.
In addition to brokerage, Eric will assist with predevelopment (land acquisition and Tenant Improvement services) for Biltmore Construction, Sky West land development and entitlement divisions.

Mr. Pezonella has more than 45 years of experience as a civil engineer. Special experience includes foundation engineering for high-rise buildings, land development projects, airport facilities, waste water treatment plants, and an extensive background in materials engineering. Starting his career with Harding-Lawson Associates, San Rafael, California. He advanced from Field Technician to Chief Field Engineer/ Laboratory Manager. Later he was selected to be Engineer-in-Charge of opening the Reno office. Ray gained first-hand experience on project/office management procedures, when conducting numerous geotechnical, civil engineering, and environmental projects. Mr Pezonella previously owned Pezonella Associates Inc. established in 1977, with the knowledge that Ray gained from past experience, and all the practices that he knew could be conducted in a more efficient and cost effective manner.
