Jeffrey Lowden is a local Reno Native having moved away for 30 years and returned to Reno in 2010. Mr. Lowden is the driving force behind the development and growth of Sky West Real Estate Services, LLC. who possesses extensive business experience spanning the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His remarkable decision-making abilities has allowed Jeffrey a unique aptitude for selecting, acquiring, and developing commercial, and industrial real estate projects. Over the past 30 years of his career he has consistently demonstrated foresight by anticipating, identifying, and analyzing market trends, allowing him to devise comprehensive marketing strategies that result in significant revenue growth even in highly competitive environments.
Jeffrey possesses a special talent for maximizing profit-making opportunities and is known for his excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Furthermore, his outstanding reputation for integrity and extensive network of corporate-level contacts further reinforce his abilities in the industry.

Our History
Sky West Real Estate Services, Inc. (herein referred to as Sky West) was formed in 2004 in Los Angeles, CA
The name was envisioned by Jeffrey Lowden, the Founder, when the Internet was just being formed and born. The vision was SKY being BIG VISION BIG SKY and WEST being a Development, Brokerage and Management company in every major CITY on the West Coast.
Sky West was formed originally as Sky West Brokerage, Inc. then changed to encompass more than just Brokerage because Sky West ALL Services in commercial real estate. Since the formation of the company Sky West has gone on to grow in Development, Entitlement, Brokerage, Property Management, Tenant Representation and Construction and Construction Management services.
The company moved from Los Angeles, to Reno Nevada, in 2010 and is now a full service Commercial Real Estate company.
Biltmore Construction, LLC was formed to work for Commercial Real Estate services for jobs as small as Tenant Improvements to large jobs in Ground Up Development. Biltmore Construction, LLC is a subsidiary of Sky West and received it Unlimited General Contractors License (Lic # 91008) in August of 2023 to be able to assist SKY WEST and any commercial real estate needs for our clients.

Nativity Stones LP is one of our companies that has built churches and housing, donated to the Vatican for the Jubilee 2000, to raise awareness for Children and continues to give every year.
People Assisting the Homeless (PATH) was started by our Pastor, and what an impact it has, helping over 1000 families every Month.
Inner City Arts helps underprivileged kids who need a hand up not a hand out. Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles continues to be a leader for those kids with serious chronic diseases.
